- Cash on delivery all over Bangladesh.
- Inside Dhaka: 1–2 days, delivery charge ৳80.
- Outside Dhaka: 2–3 days, delivery charge ৳150.
- We call to confirm every order. Orders we cannot confirm by phone may be cancelled.
Returns and exchanges
- Please check the product in front of the delivery person.
- If it is damaged, spoiled or wrong, tell us within 48 hours with a photo. We will replace it or refund you at no cost.
- For hygiene reasons opened food cannot be returned unless there is a quality problem.
